We’re all guilty of not stretching and strengthening our neck, hand, shoulder muscles to help us write in calligraphy, including myself! So I asked Erika, my good friend and kinesiologist, to write me up a workout that is perfect for someone who is working with their hands a lot while sitting down. I am so excited to share this video because I think it’s so relevant to our struggles everyday, where we aren’t slowing or pausing to reset our bodies before we continue working.
